Moving through the interview process. Have had 3 so far and just scheduled my HR interview. Wondering if this was normal and if anyone has experience with HR interview with dermavent. Any curveballs I should be aware of?

Nope, HR is just going to get to know you and answer any questions you have. I wouldn’t even call it an interview, more of a convo

Why is it a huge mistake? Is the only reason that you weren’t given the bonus promised once acquired by organon?

Regardless of what you think. Maybe this is a giant step up for someone or maybe they desperately need this job for whatever reason. Why not offer some advice moving forward to assist them?

No…that happens. The issue is leadership is a bunch of used car salesmen who couldn’t care less about their people or their families. Come on…FH, DS & BH. Ask HR how many people have quit the last month.

The most important interviews are with DBM and RBD. HR is a get to know you. VP interview is a get to know you and CCO interview is same . Good luck .. good bonuses here if your area is producing ..
