Has anyone had the HR Interview yet?

What do they ask?

They want to know if you are a hot mess?
Really? Have you worked for any company before? I knew we were hiring some cheap help, but I didn't know these people never had a job before!
Don't worry, our HR is just as inexperienced and stupid. They won't know how to trip you up.
They just want to know if you are attracted to your manager, and if so, are you planning to have an affair?

I had one recently....walk through resume, discussion about salary, lasted about 30 miutes. No difficult questions. She was very nice and profesional. We mostly discussed what would happen if they don't get Amitiza. I was happy to learn, if you get the job, if you want to wait out arbitration the job is still yours.

Dont listen or read into the nonsense, you can make good money here and the pipeline is pretty good, if you wait you'll be happy you did

probably not, they like their car allowence program where you destroy your own personal vehicle.

The pipeline is so good that it hasn't changed in 5 yrs! All the $'s here have gone to lawsuits against Goliath Takeda so there has been nothing going into R&D....if you wait, you could be (happy) in a nursing home yourself!
