Has anyone had any issue they brought to HRs attention? If so, how did it go? Not sure if I should go to HR regarding a Supervisor targeting issue, as I know HR usually protects the company.
 






HR isn't what you would expect. Most people in HR are a temp, so they do the least as possible. Used HR when a vendor was harassing me. HR had me move to another department
 






HR protects the management...period. They will yes you, be sympathetic to your complaint-but will actually do nothing to help you the employee. Had to actually quit as supervisor was micromanaging us & always changing their mind on directions & guidance. Started doing email trails to show how moronic this person was-did not good. So I left & much happier
