How's the car allowance?

I know som companies give a flat dollar amount, others just a per mile, and some do a combination of both. How does it work here? and is gas reimbursed as a separate expense? Thanks for your help!
 












It's hysterical. They literally still buy all of their cars from some dealership in Indiana instead of saving millions by using a fleet system. Then they have Betty Sue and Bobby Jean in Indiana handle every single vehicle out of Bloomington. It's so backwoods and sad just like everything else about Cook.
