I've worked with her for almost 5 years now. As long as you do your job, you'll have zero problems with her. The ones that hate her are/were the same people that can't work a full day or make zero impact driving sales. That's the truth. Anything else is bs.

Really....ask the many people she has pushed out how they are performing in their new positions? I promise you they are all working and doing great. She had caused everyone around us more stress than needed because of her narcism. And I will even throw it out there that I personally think she has a lot of bias in her management going even towards harrassment for some. I for one an thankful to be done with her. If she was so great why did she get demoted?

Because of Gary Neal, you dipshit! If I were her I’d be filing the largest discrimination lawsuit and give GN and his “all men” management team a big middle finger. GN....... does real estate on the side and has zero respect from his region. None. Sure, there’s a few here and there that like him but overall he is extremely disliked. He knew exactly what he was doing when he demoted SB and put CC as her replacement. It had been decided way before the announcement was even made. Such B S

How about all you lazy half ass reps start looking. And good luck telling your story. Opioids and you suck at selling them. Good luck. Her hiring sucks too. The reps she hired are horrific. They will be asked to go as well.
