Well said. Many aspects of you story are the same for others. What I love is how we (whites) networked, sought out advice and basically worked our asses off by taking roles outside our comfort zone and stretching ourselves. To the perceived "oppressed" it was a good ol' boy network. Now all you have to do is look a certain way and you skip the line. Shit, there isn't even "a line" any longer, other than a white out the door.


Good luck, so far the DEI recipients haven't showed any of us anything worthwhile.
