How was Aqua training?

It was good. You will do well if you know your stuff. Clinical Journals were Very quickly reviewed, but you can review them on your own. No actual detail aids to review, just photocopies, and did not practice running all the way through. Better training for genoptix vs the past, but still not up to par.
I doubt every rep will know how to promote on Oct 1st. Not enough review.

Plus there is NO WAY pathologists are going to change to this technology. What does it really prove. Look at all the folks trying to Compete with Genomic Health's Oncotype. Even though all the new tests have great data, they do not have the history and recogniton that Oncotype has. Maybe 5% of the market will try Aqua. Plus the Aperio Scanners are so slow.

Not trying to get the pathologists to do anything other than release a sample they already graded. We all know that paths won't try anything new so that's not exactly a new issue.

Not going to happen! They are already releasing to Genomic Health, Agendia, Clarient etc..

Plus is Aqua going to be reimbursed, what about specific licensure in several States? Etc.. Etc...Etc....

I think they are adding this to our number and its something else that will prevent us from making goal...
 


















Hey I have an idea: Let's launch AQUA in October and then wait over a month to have a tech talk on the competition (OncoType DX) and then further wait to discuss the journal articles.....Oh sales training already thought of that.
Backwards, again!
