let’s be honest is there anyone out there that is 4-5 years into ortho and actually making it? Does it get better? Or better to get out of ortho a go somewhere else?
2.5 years with trauma. 2 years in a small to medium size start up. Was poached from trauma for the start up. Learned a lot, but Genuinely not enjoying myself anymore, surgery isn’t even fun. Is it a bad job that makes you hate this, or is it generally everyone gets this way?

Living based on surgeon contracts, pricing, and that the area is just not that surgically active.
Does it ever get better? Is timing a factor in this job?
