How to restore the Rank Report

List all the gifted accounts and reassigned accounts. Add up the vials.
Subtract out all the vials from the gifted and reassigned accounts.
Recalculate original vial count, growth per quarter, and total vials sold for these reps.

Don't touch the bonus payouts, stock options, and perks already received. Just reprint the new rankings report. Nobody has to give back earnings. At least this will be a start.

I have already done this and the results speak for themselves. Not that hard. Corporate thinks the impact was just a few vials. They are not taking this seriously.

Wow. You are such a p*ssy. Just quit already. There are jobs out there that pay better anyways. This company blows, why do you wan't to stay so badly?

I didn't write this thread, but you actually are the p*ssy who I'm sure has received a bunch of gifted accounts. I'm also sure by your crude use of language that you have no skills. You clearly are below average or average at best.

I have not received any accounts. I didn't write the "p-word". However, the guy's point is taken. Why do people want to stay here if they are so miserable? Good reps can go get jobs. Why hang around here? It sucks.

If this is true, I would send to HQ or to your manager. But, I doubt you did this because there is no way you can access the data. Instead, like other recommendations above, you should quit.

Listen, I don't know where you live but in my city it is not only very competitive but there are no really good jobs out there right now. I am working with a few recruiters now, but I am not willing to take any sh*t job. Sure I could probably get another job in a month or so, but I've already been majorly burned once and I don't intend on getting burned like that a second time. I also have my kids to think about. I have worked extremely hard to get to the level and pay scale where I am. Every job hop was carefully considered and calculated. Trust me, just about everyone I know is looking and switching at this levelof sales will take time. Please don't be naive to think that managers are not working with recruiters because I happen to know from my recruiters, there are. But again, same issue. It will take some time for a manager at this level to find a great opportunity with great pay. I'm being completely truthful in telling you that I was offered one position and one of the final two in another and eventually backed out because I really wasn't excited about the positions. If I have to continue to do this BS, then it has to be the right fit. I'm a bit gun-shy due to this horrible experience and I saw red flats when interviewing for this job. I have now decided if I question the next opportunity like that then I won't pursue it. I will know when the right job is for me but it's not going to happen overnight.

That was really boring. I'm sleepy now, thank you.

So so true! I agree completely!

Well whoever left the original message is speaking the truth. Those who were gifted extra accounts cannot beconparably ranked with those that received nothing extra. Do yourself a favor and take a detailed loik at the 6 week reports that get emailed to you and look at the detauled list of accounts and compare, you will be quite surprised. I wish I had 5, 6, 7, 8, or even 9 extra hospitals some have got. The very low money given for maintenance vials is horrible and strong reps are looking because if it. Yeah, Randy will taje care of us for hanging in there. My ass!

Waaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

Moronic post by No. Fla crazy bitch and complains when it is hijacked. Get on meds sista.

Bullying is obsessive and compulsive; the serial bully has to have someone to bully and appears to be unable to survive without a current target.

Despite the facade that such people put up, bullies have low self-confidence and low self-esteem, and thus feel insecure. Low self-esteem is a factor highlighted by all studies of bullying. Because such people are inadequate and unable to fulfil the duties and obligations of their position, they fear being revealed. This fear of exposure often borders on paranoia, so they habitually post on cafe pharma while accusing others of doing same.

Bullies are seething with resentment, bitterness, hatred and anger, and often have wide-ranging prejudices as a vehicle for dumping their anger onto others. Bullies are driven by jealousy and envy.
