How to increase EBIDTA w/ plummeting sales

What has always worked for me is to have a revolving door with my location's pst. They always leave, and I always have to borrow another location's employee. The other location's budget covers employing the pst, as well as all additional costs having him travel here.
If you don't take advantage of this, you're nuts.

Here is one hint....STOP attempting to portray here the LCM of that certain W PA store and focus on your current job.

Hey it works great in E PA too! Rack up those miles and OT to the other store...yep it is good to be down and out in E PA

Multitasking. I can do several things at once. I can be an lcm AND run a pizza joint, all while changing batteries in the....uhhh....pulse ox. I'm not pretending to be anybody. I've got something i do need to focus on now. ttyl

You are so stupid in repeating the same things over and over trying to pretend you are from the W PA store's LCM that prob even the Mod's by now don't need to have someone type this line.....you are so caught up in the idea that your thread has actually lasted almost a day you are slipping right back into character.

Exposing one of Rotech's jewels is sure to have some frothing at the mouth.

Who gives a crap is an LCM has a pizza place on the side....w/all the turnover in some areas...Rotech is just happy to have a body there.

That is how they hire too, some times.

1. Manager Skills . . . . . . . Nope
2. Interpersonal Skills . . . . Nope
3. HS Diploma/GED . . . . . . Nope
4. Feeble Minded . . . . . . . Yep
5. Easily led around . . . . . Yep
6. Blood flowing in veins . . Yep
Add it all up . . . . . . . . HIRED ...Plus a bonus if you happen to have a CDL/HAZMAT

Your bonus being you get to see the world! The Rotech world that is.

Ha Ha Ha Here is another one....

#7 Basic Computer Skill Nope Your hired! It is amazing how many of the employees have little to no skills. Takes forever for them to do a report, forward a report or to even cut and paste on a report.

I'm sure there are more we could all put on here for #8 and onwards

Disagree. Running a side business takes gull.
1. Gull..............................Yep

Naaaaaah that is nothing....to run it while WORKING your Rotech shift ...THAT takes gull.

That trumps your pizza place anyday. Plus, your profit margin is lower when you do it on the side. Yep, doing the side business during Rotech hours just makes sense...paid to make money on the side..tax free!

Unless of course you have your staff doing deliveries during the day. Even that would be trumped...b/c you would have your staff doing it at their lower wage.

Lcm,s are not on a time clock, and are trusted to run the location regardless of any personal duties they perform throughout the day. They make up for it working long hours, as well as take their work home. Anyone having a problem with a salaried employee versus an hourly employee need to go home to your trailers porches and have a barbecue tonight and accept your lot in life.

First....they don't appear to be talking EVERY LCM out there but a couple at the most.
You might wish to dial back the anger a little bit too. It takes away from any message you might wish to put out there.

The one's they mention here seem to be in that 5% someone talked about on another thread. Frankly, I do not know of any LCM that takes work home. Long hours, there again don't see that happening across the board in the immediate area. It is rare for it to happen. Happening more now w/the turnover...but even then...still leaving at 5 or little after for some, more days than not. Some others ARE staying xtremly late and pitching in for their team, like you must do.

The ones that go home w/those "hourly" employees - maybe THEY are the ones w/BBQ's and wheels that go round and round on their house!

Again it is a general statement like all when posting here..and not a personal attack

Well said. Location managers hold everything together. In a town where prejudices may exist, it is nice to have the opportunity to work with Rotech, irregardless. Our strength is our diversity.

You make it sound seedy to be running a business on the side while managing a Rotech location. Do you realize that start-up businesses fail most all the time? To have medical insurance via Rotech and being able to use the business phone during working hours is one helluva leg up. And when the chips are down, I can be depended on to always represent Rotech first. Such a pity to see all those that are jealous of what I can accomplish.

You are not "seedy" one bit...just stupid that you don't use your Rotech drivers to deliver your pizza too....even that wouldn't beat some of the LCM's w/their side jobs. You have a ways to go before you get a leg up on them!

AND they still run a real location...get their never ending reports done and everything!
