I'm a soon to be fired Forest emlployee who has tons of s* on the manager including coaching to sell off label and evals stating to sell bystolic for asthmatics and then going on LOC for doing so. Long story short, I've already involved HR then compliance came in. I want to contact OIG but which website do I go to? Can I be protected as a whistle blower and still get paid?

I hear theres a rep in MI who could help you out-he was in the process of getting fired but used whistleblowing and disability to avoid it. Whistleblowing=no one can touch you. You have to deal with the fact that no one will want to be seen associating with you, and your bosses and partners will likely hate you, but youll be able to keep your job.

I heard lots of reps got paid huge by doing the whistleblower thing. I say you should turn over everything you got on Forest to the FDA and get paid. Forest is a shady a** company and they treat their employees like sh*t. The FDA website lets you submit a complaint online. It's time to get some pay back.

A manager doing it isn't enough evidence and not worth wait you will get in return. Remember, your name, not a first, will be released with documents but only if the OIG thinks they have a case. The release will not happen until it goes to court which could take 5-10 years. However, once that is released your name will be out there and not only will you never get a job again in pharma but nobody will hire you anywhere. Also, you can't go to FDA and think you will get paid. If you do that you get nothing. You have to go to an attorney and they will tell you you don't have enough. You have to show that it was marketing, not your boss that conspired to do this. You boss could be rogue and thus he would just get fired. Since you already involved compliance I am sure they handled it. Just face it...your going to get shit canned!

Start with this link and go for it. Your name may get a lot of attention if you win but trust me, it will soon be forgotten and you will have no problems getting work; including in the pharma industry. Can anyone name the 4 people who blew the whistle on Pfizer a couple years ago? Hell no!

Your name will only be released if the OIG moves forward with the case and if they do, you will probably make a lot of cash so who cares if you have to lay low for a little while.

Good luck and get started on it now!

Karen Sebelius is already working on this and howard will be the first person fired. Forget, you wont get a penny from OIG , they dont have the money! Haven't you seen the budget fight!
