How to find new products to add when I'm Independent

I'm struggling to find different distributors and manufactures with products I can add. Any advice? Most of my history was as W-2 sales rep, but I'm now wanting to just do 1099 independent sales.

The exhibitor hall of any of the big MD society meetings would be a good place to start.

I agree with this. AAOS is yearly meeting for orthopedic surgeons. Orlando this year.
