When management tells you it's not about metrics and "checking the box" it is ALL about metrics. Account management out the window...let's keep using a 30 year old outdated sales model. Our customers business practices have evolved but Pharma has not. If our management team is so good why do they hire consultants to teach them how to do the job??
 






Give them all territories and send them in the field to show us how it's done and how easy it is. They would gain real world knowledge and it would make them better coaches and managers. Also they would be generating sales and adding revenue, at the moment they are just a financial liability ( tick/parasite )
 












Acadia was so amazing to employees over the Covid situation - flexible, understanding etc. It was a blessing culturally to be part of such a great organization. That being said; there's been a drastic shift in culture since that letter was announced in early March and it hasn't been the same since. I realize we have to make the indication we have work since now it's all we have for the foreseeable future but the way management has gone about it hasn't been consistent with how they've looked at sales historically and is quite an abrupt change to swallow.

I found the most generous sales contest in the history of the company super motivating. You know... having the rules change half-way through, not being updated for over a month on where you stood and then at the very end finding out that most people weren't even eligible that did hit the top 20 and even if they did win there's probably no ability to get their prize for many months if not years.

Just hoping for good news in appeal - that will be the most motivating thing that could happen at this point to get everyone back on track.

I am employed somewhere else and will be for future, you will on linkedin in a few months looking for a new opportunity. Good to hear about diversity and inclusion training to help sell more product

Good move not coming here. The stock is now .39 cents a share and virtually worthless. I had a recruiter contact me to interview. They tried to sell me on a signing bonus of stock options. What a joke!
