Refuse to reward your own people decent bonuses in MS/NMO and act shocked that they are all looking to get out. To top it off hire a contract sales force to help with Enspryng when you didn’t reward your own people at launch.
 






























Just make sure you support the libs, believe that men can become women, regularly destroy brain cells by watching CNN, and put the rainbow flag as your background on virtual calls. You'll be viewed as a true leader and likely get promoted even if you are not qualified.

Allies? That community has no morals. They’ll sell out their straight friends as ‘gay’. Horrible community of selfishness and hazardous lifestyle.
 






Only we could get in our own way to destroy morale of a team who had the greatest launch in Genentech history. So the departure of the MS team begins.

Most current HD’s have no idea of the success of this team. Not only greatest launch in Genentech history, but in MS History as well. Now those that generated tremendous revenue then and now, are either gone, or treated as second class citizens at this company. Zero appreciation despite carrying the company for 5 years. Your welcome.
 






Same goes for Medical Head and Head Med team. Out of all those so called sell outs and leaders….they need to put some real leadership on that team. Many people who got those jobs who wouldn’t today. I have been disappointed by the lack of leadership we are seeing across the company. The good ones are staying quiet to see what their fate looks like during our “yet again” re-org.

if you so called leaders appreciate your team’s efforts than reward them…quit making excuses or people will leave!

Ha ha ha quit your projecting and gaslighting. You are probably one of these chumps that has a cheating wife because you havent come out! Quit spreading lies about that lifestyle. Most destructive lifestyle. I rather have people smoke tobacco then live that stupid lifestyle.
 












There are some serious structural/organizational issues with Genentech. The higher management has no idea of what we are doing. As a new member in the team, I am doing all the work and always have to explain things to everybody including my direct boss who has never done any studies in our field. He raised to the team leader through seniority (15+ years). I spent more time educating people than doing my job. I don't understand why they have to place people who have no experience in the field as managers. Another observation is that there are a lot more female managers than all the companies I worked for (I worked for 4+ companies). I am contemplating leaving once my vesting plan is up.
