How soon things change....

Remember Steve Bannon?

The Trump 1.0 advisor and pal?

Bannon: Musk ‘wants to impose his freak experiments’ on US

And how about this one?
In an interview alongside Elon Musk that aired Tuesday night, Trump said he wouldn't touch Medicaid.
Yet Trump on Wednesday endorsed a House Republican budget plan that could cut billions from Medicaid, just hours after pledging that the healthcare program for millions of disabled and low-income Americans would not be touched.
"Medicare, Medicaid, none of that stuff is going to be touched," Trump told the Fox News host Sean Hannity in an interview that aired on Tuesday night.
Trump previously said he would "love and cherish" Medicaid, which insures over 70 million Americans, according to October data. The federal government covers most of the cost of the program, which was created in the same 1965 law that birthed Medicare, a separate program for Americans 65 and older.
"The Trump administration is committed to protecting Medicare and Medicaid while slashing the waste, fraud, and abuse within those programs — reforms that will increase efficiency and improve care for beneficiaries," White House spokesperson Kush Desai said in a statement on Wednesday.

The American public is starting to catch up. After Biden corrected the mess Trump left our economy in 2020 (-$8.9 Trillion, 2nd highest debt ever) Joe got us 2 straight +30% years in the stock market which hasn't been done in 40 years. And all he needed was his teleprompter. He didn't bother with the 2-guy-jerk-off dance he just loves to do when his mimes play YMCA.

I’m trying to remember what happened in 2020 that caused the economy to tank. I know there was something. Hmmmmm…don’t tell me…I’ll think of it.

I’m trying to remember what happened in 2020 that caused the economy to tank. I know there was something. Hmmmmm…don’t tell me…I’ll think of it.Your 'dumb country boy' Tucker Carlson act doesn't cut it. I'll refresh you.
You caught Election Loss Syndrome (ELS) in Nov 2020 and fell in the Trump sycophant abyss.
1) CEC announced COVID was pandemic on 03/11/2020
2) DJT announced COVID pandemic on 03/123/2020 and said 'it could get worse'.
3) Approximately10 months later Biden was inaugurated - meaning the pandemic affected 9 months of Trump's term.
4) Trump ended office with a -$8.9 TRILLION deficit (to his credit - $443 B deficit reduction).
5) CDC declared pandemic over in April 2022.
6) Biden ended office with a -$6.2 TRILLION deficit (and to his credit, -$1.9 TRILLION deficit reduction)
So COVID Pandemic affected both presidencies - Trump's 9 months, Biden's 15 months.

So, now we're in the hole and Trump is going to pull us out with his new, untested bag of tricks? The guy who has declared 6 bankruptcies already? We're in uncharted waters pal.

Biden was not our COVID savior...Uncle Sam is only now really looking under the Relief $ hood, and guess what? Massive fraud. And urban areas across the country are still hurting and yet to recover from the all-in remote work nonsense, depriving local districts of revenue, fueling the blight death spiral. (Uncle Sam is finally get the government's civil workforce back to actual work.)

And while stock market did great, but what about the National Debt? The trade deficit? State and local unfunded liabilities?

Or are we to applaud how Biden was turning the Ukraine war into the next un-winnable Korean War, Vietnam War, Iraq II, or Afghanistan? We spent trillions and lost all of those wars with nothing to gain or in return.

Or should we bring up the neo-liberal media's complicity in covering up Slow Joe's decline and infirmity?

No ma'am, it's been lipstick on a pig and now everyone has to take a bite out of the shit sandwich.
