How should management be restructured?













I agree with these posts. We have been hearing all year that THIRD QUARTER will tell the whole picture. If the sales numbers are not excellent, the employees will be reduced to approximately 100 representatives, 10 managers, and 2 RBD's. There will also be some cuts internally as well.

Yes, and rejects will get special issue sarongs for severance.
 












The truth be told, there should be 50% less managers that currently exist. With this level of rep experience, a manager should have a field force of 10 to 12 reps which could be handled easily. Makes no sense to have managers that only have 5 or 6 reps. Also, the POA's are an enormous waste of money as well which only takes reps out of the field.
