I am surprised this thread didn't take off.
I have worked for a lot of wacked out bosses. Some are great and some have the personality of a dead fish.
Bosses (I won't refer to them as managers) at Abbott tend to use each of these threats on a routine basis.
Isn't there a process to keep these fools in check? These are very hurtful words and nothing can be accomplished from this type of behavior.
Yes but guess what day it is? It is hump day.
The process is to fire some of these bad managers.
