How often do you have Field Rides with manager?

How often do you have field rides with manager, or does it depend on the contract? The managers at my company are killing us with ride a longs.....just curious how it is here. Are most people at InVentiv full time or part time reps?
 






On the Endo Contract way too often! We have the horrific _itch once a month for 2 grueling days ans she brags about having so many field rides with her team of 8! She is young and has to conquer the world living in big pharma reality! This should be a great job as described by her in the interview, and others state they are left alone, but not our team.

Every 4 weeks for 2 days! Yes.....annoying
