not necessarily. There are reps making bank on this deal. Some reps were given additional RSUs at the discretion of leadership and some was significant. This could have been for performance, taking on additional responsibilities, retention, president’s club etc…. Unless you received them you wouldn’t know about it.

Nope. I’m not anywhere near headquarters and not an ass kisser. Just worked really hard, took a stake in mine and my team’s development and exceeded goals. I guess it actually does pay to work…. Sorry for everyone who mailed it in during launch and COVID and sat on your butts at home. Since I actually did my job I banked an extra few hundred thousand. Don’t hate just because you did the bare minimum

I can confirm the above. Nowhere close to HQ and was gifted an amazing amount of money in the form of shares that allowed me to walk away with a little over half a million. I’ll keep the post short and sweet since I have work to do. Peace
