How long have you been here? This is my first Pharma job I’ve just been here a couple years so I know I won’t get offered any where near that salary but I am trying. Did you use a recruiter? So far I’m just applying online.

No need for a recruiter there are so many high paying jobs available look on indeed, LinkedIn, and reach out to the ones leaving ask for a referral that’s how I just got my new job

Most ppl will make close to the targeted pay with the adjustments call your mgr to get the correct amounts
