Salary starts around $145,000 but will depend on experience and performance prior to the promotion. If you accepted multiple promotions ie. terr, spec, rst, dm, spec dm, amt, rd etc.. then you would come in higher than someone that promoted terr, dm, rd but again depends on performance. This is much more than many of them deserve but they are all stressed beyond belief and worry about their future daily.

$225 is minimum base. One of the exec directors makes $250 base, close to $100 bonus, $100 commute stipend and lots of stock. Happy? Now go back to selling Daliresp!
 


















They were paying their IT techs in New Jersey as much as 80k per year. They were let go after working there for almost 10 years because things got very lax.
The managers who were supposed to be watching them were not dismissed, however. They're still there collecting a fat paycheck.Typical corporate bullshit.
