So what's your point? The last 2 were cancelled due to a lawsuit not involving Q and a drug not approved by the FDA, again not involving Q. If you're curious about the state of affairs in the pharmaceutical industry I get it, if you want to bash Q it's not their fault.

Lilly because of a lawsuit, Purdue because the product wasn't approved by the FDA, Clinical Data because they sold their product to Forest for $1.2 billion. How are any of these examples of Q's failure?
