So if you want ANY bonus money besides the $200 "thank (aka *f***) you" bonus, then you have to see 95% of the list, and have 7 calls on average. So some reps have to make 70 calls if they had 10, others 175, if they have 25. Same amount of money, double/triple the work?

$3500 - hmmmm. $20 a call IF you hit all requirements. If you made 70 to 175 vyvanse calls you would hit 105 to 120% and make like $5,000 to $15,000 more??

Do they think we are that stupid?

Boycott. We should all boycott and refuse to play this bs game. The only one who wins is KK and the other trolls in charge. We are the work horses, get paid peanuts because we didn't hit one of the many bs metrics they've set, and they still make their millions, such a joke. They have set us up to fail. The call requirement plan with such huge variances ---from 46 calls for some reps to 185 calls for other reps just reinforces how completely INEPT and INCOMPETENT the management at Shire is.
Their cluelessness is troubling.
