How many times has Quest broken their word so far?

We're barely a month in. How many times has a Quest manager broken their word or changed what they've committed to do so far?

Just remember, if it's coming out of a Quest manager's mouth - it's either a lie or they simply don't have the ability to back it up.

A Quest managers word means zilch. If you take what they say and then repeat it to a customer, it then makes you the liar! All the customer knows is that you said it and you committed to it! You are the only voice they hear.

Take every commitment, promise or statement a Quest manager makes, add "for now" at the end and you might be in the ballpark of the truth.

Remember: Nothing's going to change = Nothing's going to change (until it's changed)!

We won't have advance notice of upcoming changes. They'll just keep coming....
 


















You people are hardly in a position to question the leadership of our great new organization. You must be non-achievers who won't own your performance. Maybe you would be better suited to the drive-thru, after a year or two on the grill, of course.

Oh, brother...the only thing you have figured out is your wife's schedule for getting plowed by other men. They pay her 25 cents a week for her trouble.
