How many reps do they need

Why is B&L posting so many sales rep positions when they already have reps and are now bringing over so many Novartis reps? They can’t need that many reps do they?
 




They currently have 86 jobs posted for sales positions. I'm not good at math, but here's a little equation I was thinking about. All the current sales team + the 200 people they're bringing over from Novartis + the 86 positions they have posted = definitely a layoff and/or realignment. No way they need that many reps for eye care.
 




There’s no 86 sales position posted in B+L site. A simple math and yet you failed. You’re the best example of why you won’t get the job offer.
