How many points are distributors getting?

Looking at making a switch on my arthroplasty line and wondering what different companies are paying. How many points are you guys getting from DJO? Are they good to work for?

Not sure what company you’re at right now, but would definitely tell you to avoid DJO. Company has so much turnover from a corporate standpoint that strategies constantly change & they’re so miscombobulated. DJO’s products are subpar and that’s why no one uses them except for the paid consultants that they money-whip. Good shoulder product, but that’s honestly about it. The people they hire in management roles is perplexing as well based on their “qualifications”. Heard about a new RD they brought in the Central US that is actually letting people go because of not hitting quota during COVID cancellations so that he can “promote” his buddies (...seriously...)
Most distributors are guys that just get a nice pay day from DJO, and then go back to the Strykers or ZB’s of the industry because of their advantageous product portfolios.
DJO is just a bracing company that is trying to be at the big boy table on the joint replacement side, but will never make it. They have to beg and financially incentivize physicians to use their products. Their only hope is that they’ll get bought out by a big player because of their upper extremity portfolio.
