The irony of this post is that there is a Gilead rep out there who is Kicking your ass on a daily basis and it hurts you so bad that you had to take post about in anonymously on CP just to make you feel better. A career change for you might be in order, sonny.

So much for Opsumit being a "me too." Over 130 enrollments just last week alone. No LFT label change to bail you out this time. Remember your bonus payouts on letairis prior to March 4, 2011?....well you are about to experience those brutal days once again. How many of those 130 enrollments are from cannibalizing bosentan patients? Morbidity data is a bogus endpoint. The only thing proven is that Maci is just as safe as letairis.
 




Sure, keep telling yourselves that macitentan is just like Letairis - your customers know the difference between LT outcomes data and 24 weeks of data with a surrogate primary endpoint. And don't forget your lousy edema rates… maci was comparable to placebo with a data set going out well over 3 years. Swiss cheese? You will be lucky if they serve government cheese at your next company meeting.

So says the former Actelion rep who sucked and was either forced out or ran away prematurely. You are not missed. And if this is not the case and you are really a Letairis rep....well, what ever will help you sleep. BTW, many of my Opsumit enrollments are coming from physicians who have not written Tracleer in over a year. Sounds like a change in prescribing habits to me.
