How many employees lost their retorement because of this disaster? I'm sure you were all promised to be millionaires with stock options and esp.. I myself lost close to 150k on this piece of garbage ...I guess it's my own fault for holding after approval

If any of the employees kept DNDN stock in their 401K, well that's just stupid on their part. Annual stock grants should have been the ONLY exposure you should have had to the stock. Think of it this way, your job was with DNDN, your LTI was DNDN, why would you have EVER had your retirement tied up with DNDN?!? Stop complaining if you lost 401k money due to DNDN stock being in your 401k portfolio - that was YOUR stupidity.

Question for Silvio:

Is Susan Bayh stupid? She bought over $200,000 in stock with her own money. Are you only going to post only when it suits you or will you answer questions about your posts? Thanks in advance.

Silvio seems to think only 401k's are about retirement and that a compensation package has nothing to do with retirement. Hey Silvio, people accept a compensation package that they think will best set them up for retirement. This includes stock grants and the rest of the package. When a CEO employees believed in was giving revenue projections that had no basis in reality and then borrowing 600 million when the stock was near 40 instead of doing a secondary, that is not all on the stupidity of employees. That was all about a CEO who turned out to be only about himself. Are Madoff victims stupid too? That CEO isn't much different than Madoff. His damage is in the billions.
