How many people left to go work for the competitor this week? I hear it was a bloodbath. Lots of talent walked out on Teva because of the micromanaging and low pay. I am on of them. Plenty of jobs paying big coin to stay here and keep being mistreated. No one is happy and more are interviewing to go. Leadership is incapable of learning anything from this and will continue the train wreck until this place collapses, and it's gonna. Enjoy your 1% raises this year guys. The resignations have a different feel this time around. More tenured managers and reps have left and more will be leaving. And questionable manager hires recently don’t help.
And save any dumb f*** replies about leaving or going elsewhere if I’m not happy. It’s already done and resignation turned in.
 






Teva don’t pay shit. Other companies paying a hell of a lot more. Want a 30/40/50k raise?….leave Teva you loyalist r*****s. Your parents and your grandparents were loyal to a company for 30 years….this ain’t that generation. Pay me or it’s Time to go

There is no such thing as “talent” at Teva. It has been years since that place had talent and even then it was extremely limited, hence the domination year after year after year by small groups of people. They were the “talent” and none were due to Teva. All the people that walked to Neurocrine are average hacks at best, but at least the few they hadn’t worked at Teva in quite while didn’t have their lies found out. The midget director in Nashville had been terminated many months prior and Neurocrine didn’t find out so how good of a place can it be??? Average HACKS at best at Teva, FACT.

Believe the poster was referring to the midget’s termination at Teva that was successfully kept a secret from Neurocrine, allowing said alcoholic midget to be hired by Neurocrine as they lacked the ability apparently to gather said information

Had to come on this board due to all the trash talking about our Ingrezza AE data posted on the FDA site. All we can say is so what! This happens all the time in the mental health treatment field. And by the way, TJ is fine and I was just with him at a meeting. Quit spreading lies.
