How Many Interviews? Sales Sim?

Recruiter just submitted my resume for an opening with the company. Can someone give some honest feedback on how long/how many interviews the total process entails from start to finish typically. Assuming the standard situation STAR questions come up but does Galderma do a Sales Sim in their interview process as well? I'm not writing this to hear how I should "run!" or hear the "ship is sinking". Any honest feedback would be appreciated. Thanks

My hat is off to you. I played this silly game for 15 years and admire your determination. I will live out of my car and pan handle before I sit in front of silly little DM (travelling secretary) and declare my kool aid guzzling skills in an effort to make the mortgage over the span of 5 interviews.

Tell me a time when....... The interview process is a joke. Any solid high school senior with a science aptitude and common sense could easily complete the responsibilities of a rep.

You are not standing in the cath lab with a acute cardiologist at 5:00 am, you drive around in fleet car delivering snacks and catch phrases for 4 hours a day.

The all important pharma management. Fancy shoes, business speak, ego and inflated self importance..... THAT'S IT.

Added, the odds of corporate paying a recruiter are slim and none. I would imagine the position has already been filled internally and they are merely covering EOEE stipulations.

The necessity of a recruiter is not required in this supply and demand phase of pharma. A simple indeed ad will generate over100 qualified applicants. Qualified, but most likely deemed un-hirable. Hence. resume gaps, age (over 40), salary, disease states, unemployed, poor credit history current company perception etc. Anything to disqualify until they find someone smart enough and young enough to do the job, but dumb enough to not realize they getting screwed and every juncture.
