How many Glint surveys does it take to fix CRM?









If enough people told them to end impersonal meetings of all kinds & to make manager field days virtual, would they listen?
No?
Then why waste time out of your day filling it out?

Destroying your morale is part of the plan. Leadership is the reason Novartis succeeds not sales(In their mind). No division/field force exceeds sales quota for a reason, to keep you suppressed. The glint surveys are only used to identify the non compliant and beat you in to answering the narrative way. This is the same across all divisions. Wake up!
 








The Townhall was a joke. The top question (other than the planted happy to be here fluff) was ignored (what is being done about the cultural killer with regard to Entresto IC not aligning with all the claimed record breaking performances by D.K. and the boys) and we were led to believe that all the cryptic b.s. was asked for and we should applaud them for being so ‘transparent’. Narcissism on steroids.
 








More lies from the stooges at the home office. So they say they want to change and adopt a different more streamlined business model? How about starting with the ABL’s and scaling back on these dolts who bring absolutely zero value or substance to the job.
 




Now on the heels of not answering the most voted for question (it was CRM specific though so Ok) they schedule a CRM town hall Monday…..that coincides with a mandatory E&C webinar. Classic. And they wonder why we are skeptical on the trust and communication from those at the top.
