Lol welcome aboard. I've worked here for two years now. Yet, another asshole joins the company. Thanks for the pre-warning you have joined the company. Don't think you'll like it here, but there are plenty of dicks just like you already here!

I have to laugh at all these pathetic posts. I have worked here for two years and know what it is like here. Some people have posted things as if they were written by me. I have put two posts on this thread. Am I trolling this board? Well yes. After all, I do work here. Do I do well here? Yes, I have performed very well, but the company sucks and I wish I would never have left my last job to come here. You don't have to take my warning idiot (and we all know that every single defensive message back has been from one single person).

You have made your decision and you took the job. I will promise you this. In 6 months you will wish you had never left your prior company and will be agreeing with every message of warning posted on here.

Have you ever heard the phrase "red flags?" Im sure you have seen many red flags as you started the interviewing process, but you chose to ignore them. In time, you will look back and realize you wish you hadn't.
 












Im amazed by the moral of this Regn group. I know there are those who want to complain at the drop of a hat. However, what I do see (and believe), is a pattern of lots of posters saying similar things. I think this company has got some serious problems. ESI has already stated that they will pit aliroc against evoloc and whomever gives the best rebates will take the prize of exclusivity. There are no differences between the two drugs in terms of efficacy, dosing and AE's. Gonna be a beat down...better hope Regn low balls their price.
I received an offer for employment and think Im gonna pass. The grass is not so green. Good luck...asta lavista, sinara.
 






I am giving notice today and can't wait to get away from my current manager. Everyone's opinion doesn't matter until you have worn the shoes of the other poster, so why do people get so angry on this board. Why do you care if someone is happy to join a company or turn down a job, or want to announce you're miserable at Regeneron. Mind your own fucking business.

I, too, will turn down the offer. The culture appears to be toxic.
 






Bottom line is take it if you are not employed and think long and hard if you have a job already! There are so many unknowns and as we all know the grass isn't always greener...the whole role play thing was very big pharma and is probably a glimpse of the regeneron culture....
 












One thing is for sure. In all my 20 years in the industry, I have never seen more negative comments from any other company, especially on an impending launch. I do have to admit this speaks volumes. I did accept the job, but regret some things. I finally reached out to an eylea rep that I knew from years ago and didn't realize she had worked for this company. The conversation wasn't as good as I had hoped for, but I guess we will see.
