How many ET members have been fired in re-orgs ?

With 4 reorgs in 5 years, shouldn’t they ALL bear some level accountability ?

They’re not supposed to be just experts in their own functional areas, but as ‘executive leaders’ they should be able to think across functional areas too.

The only ET member that could really do that well was Jeff Frazier.

I've been saying this forever. The "headwinds" are unforseen because the ET is incompetent. Doug Langa (MBA) is in way over his head and it goes down hill from there.

Not only will they keep their jobs, they will not even attempt to share in the pain and take a cut.

In fact, most of this reorg is so they can hit AB and make their bonus. It's all absurd.

I’d completely agree with that.
They’re sitting in the boardroom thinking ‘how can I best protect MY bonus’.

Those that were Here for the first re-org ever can remember when Doug was actually promoted twice during the re-organization. We just kept getting emails about his promotions as our territories were turned upside down and as those who were terminated were getting “one-team” baseball hats.

Five years
Four reorganizations
The ET needs to go
Period

OOOOOoooo. You are gonna get a verbal beat-down from our undercover...ah, never mind. "She" will be weighing in and striking you down momentarily. D'OH! I'm gonna get a butt-whuppin, too. How dare I not chastise you for having the gall to criticize those at the top for the notorious "unforeseen headwinds" debacle? The sad thing is that if Doug, Ed and team get uprooted, they may take the place of those recently uprooted from here, Novartis, Sanofi, or Biogen. And then (unless they're a Novo retread) those companies' flotsam comes here after a 2 year stint in Northern NJ or Route 287 corridor.

Insane how that works in pharma - and likely in other industries as well. Friends hire friends (or ass-kissers, or both)...and if your level is the Executive level....well, you just are hiring friends and/or ass-kissers on a higher level. It’s just the same set number of people moving from this company to that company together. It should be called a “soft takeover”, because that’s often what it amounts to

That’s both true and hilarious.
The soft takeover should start with HR.

Who is even left on the ET that was here 5 years ago? Jesper is gone, Andy is gone, Camille is gone, Jeff/Jackie are gone, Karsten is gone, Eddie is gone, Dave was here and gone. It seems like we’ve had quite a bit of turnover in 5 years. Doug is the only one still here, isn’t he? Am I missing something?

Hey, I liked Camille's mediocre presentations and ave marketing skills. HOT

And AA was comic relief, lets be honest.

Not coincidentally, 4 years ago the now infamous Sanofi-Lilly-NNI pricing collusion "strategy" was exposed, and then the big suits against us followed shortly thereafter.

It quickly became obvious that we needed new blood in Plainsboro, because as soon as the price increases slowed, the 2016 version of our ET was exposed for what they were: not good
