80% too many reps, 50% too many DSMs, and they could do away with all but six RSDs and every single person above them with one or two NSDs remaining to manage the rest. Then maybe those lazy fucks would have to actually do something besides sitting in worthless meetings and eating free food or playing on their computers thinking of ways to make our lives more difficult. And while you are cutting, don't forget to eliminate all but 5 or 6 people in managed care. They are the most worthless of all the dead wood in AZ.
