2 straight weeks in San Diego. Definitely not easy. Home study is brutal as well. there is also a new head for the training department...brutal.

It maybe even longer now. I think you go to the home office for a week, go back home and then 2 weeks. If you have a decent gig this is not where you want to be. It is brutal, anyone who can is leaving!

room mates for initial sign-up? how about for general sales meetings?

Perhaps a shared suit for training, separate bedrooms. No roommates for meetings.

I know cafepharma is not always sincere and happy but would truly appreciate facts with taking a sales job in oncology and asking for new hire training specifics and length at HQ. I may consider unless away too long. Single mom with child and trying to make decisions. Really appreciate sincere answers.

Fly in for a few days to do hr stuff, 2 weeks home study and then 2 weeks home office training. Just like it says above.

Because the manager is a controlling jerk who has had anyone who can leave take off.
