I am in the same boat, im guessing that they are not interested to schedule an interview with me. I sent in my information about 2 weeks ago. I was hoping this would be a good company to get into the field with.
 












It seems that the email requesting you fill out the app and the eeoc info went out to just about everyone. I wonder if there really are any jobs available at all, or if they are just collecting resumes.
 












You do not want to work for this company. Look at our financial results and take it from me that these managers are crazy. You will be tracked, called multiple times a day and even in the evening hours, and your manager will ride with you every 3 weeks from 8:30-5. Even if there is not an office open at 5 they want you in there
 


















I definitely agree that all they are doing is collecting resumes. There are no available jobs. And what's the deal with every Regional Manager coming from Shire? What's the connection with Shire?
 






They were all want to be managers at shire and were not cut out for the job here. So super nuts hired them cheap, trained them right how they want them to be. They want them to ride with you from 7:30-5:20, micromanage you like crazy and have Friday call times to micromanage you even more. That's why they hire reps with no Pharma experience! They can hire you cheap and let you think it's normal to have a manager ride with you all the time, micromanage you, call you to make sure you're working 24/7. I forgot a few things it's not normal to memories scripts and pre call plan before each call.

This is the most accurate post I've seen on CF in days. Every point is exactly right.

As for the question about Shire connection. Supernus poached a number of "yes" men from Shire that couldn't cut it at Shire. Now they are "managers", all they do is micromanage every aspect of your day. If you are used to freedom with your job kiss it goodbye. Good company, average products, and over the top micromanaging RDs.
