How is Xeljanz going?

Only 2 scripts so far in the state of NC thus far. The FDA will likely pull it off the market once it starts killing people...just like the FDA had to with Pfizer's CETP inhibitor, which had the unsightly side effect of death. Pfizer said they didn't realize the CETP inhibitor would kill people (because they cherry picked the patients for the trial). For Xeljanz, Pfizer excluded patients with cytopenia in their trials. Nice! Only Pfizer!!! Rheumatologists don't have time to monitor cytopenia weekly. God help the patients who take Xeljanz. Cytopenia and sudden death is a terrible thing.

It's only been out 30 days and doctors hand out 30-day supply of samples. Give it time. Plus, IMS doesn't report 100% retail and Walmart makes up 18% nationally of all Rx.

I hate IMS. ESPECIALLY when u are launching a drug. Why can't we use the company that reports Walmart. Come on, we a Pfizer.

Pfizer cut data and pays for lowest quality reports. You get the 50% chaff and Pfizer keeps the wheat on 100% of sales. Pfizer could care less about data integrity because house wins on lower data cost, full sales to company, less commissions for you on non-reporting.
