How is the reimbursement/territory in NY?

Hi guys, anyone know how the reimbursement is in NY and how the territory is currently operating? Does Irhythm have corporate contracts in place with the major hospitals to guarantee business or is it spread around?

Oh.....major hospital systems beg us to do contracts! We don’t like them but they insist! They always fear that, one day, an uneducated cardiologist may come in their system and starting using Bardy, BioTel, Preventice or another inferior service that may harm the quality of their care. With a contract, this secures enough time for the cardiologist to see the value so that that horrible temptation will never come back. It is actually quite brilliant and guarantees the best care at all times.
 












So if you don’t use Irhythm , you are uneducated? Now I really need to leave this place. I would never say that to a customer. Yes. We have an amazing patch, but if a cardiologist doesn’t use us that doesn’t mean they are uneducated. You are the uneducated one with no initials behind your name might I add.
 






Don’t all of you know this is the most arrogant group of idiotic SR Sakes Execs around. NY had a RSD who left so that should tell you all you need to know. I an in the Northeast and can assure you he was better then the female micro manager RSD who was demoted and still here. Not one of her TMs or co RSDs like her! Don’t waste your time in researching this place.
 












Not easy since we only have 1 true device. Our AT device training was a joke and so the device we claim up to 14 when Biotel offers a true 30. We really only average 9-11 days on a prescribed time of 14. Here in the West our guys want min 30 days post stroke. Hope that helps I don’t have much Bardy in my area so can’t speak to that one. Preventice is another major competitor too with a full portfolio of monitors and I have several accounts using them for that reason. Hope that answers your question.

Haha, you mean future Bardy reps who will convert the business. By all means keep threatening us it works both ways and yes this can be traced. I will be out of here before you try to make me sign a non-compete.

No one is threatening you. Grow up. Trace away. A peer anonymously calling BS on another anonymous peer's stupidity, is not threatening, slander, or liable. You're the one that admitted to coasting. It makes the rest of us that work look bad. It's a free market, go find a place better suited to your "talents".
