Just left a tactics meeting and bewilderment was all around. Projected to sell units equivalent to $440 million! WTF! They don't rebate a single f'ing cent on that so it's $440m net.

If you can't get out of Panera's and into the offices a little more, we don't need to be rebating so richly! We can't give this much away to get you preferred and not get more in return.

Get out there and Challenge! Challenge! Create some positive tension and stop resting on the position that has been given you!

We don't rebate more than 5%. Heres your reality....Lets say at a given Managed Care entity we have $100 million sales and you have $2 million. We give a 5% rebate($5 million for you Celgene reps). Its common for our rebate to be > than your total sales at an insurer. You guys are told you have to give a super high rebate to get in the game. Then you start whining about us giving crazy high rebates. Learn math.

I just want our stock to go up but let me tell you, I work in managed markets and we give away much more than 5%. Closer to 67% in the DOD and near 45% in commercial.
