The BIG reorg is coming so secrecy is paramount. However, PC only deletes personal attacks on individuals and does not cater to companies interests.

The details for what is coming has not been revealed. So the company does not have to worry about PC. PC is more emotions than facts. People speculate on what they want to have happen not on any hard facts. Although the information gained from the secretaries that have their ear to the doors can be very valuable.

The rumor mill in the company is a better source of information than PC. So don't bother trying to read PC threads to understand what is going on in the company as the speculations are way off and are written by people who think they can change the corporate culture by blogging.

The only way to change the corporate culture is in the trenches. If you make your goals you are changing the corporate culture in a positive way. More sales, better bonus, and a more competitive company means we will get sold to a better partner to keep our careers going past PEq.
