How is it that...

How is it that a PCP rep who has been w/ the company for 8 months is able to be promoted to specialty? Time and time again people are told that they cannot post for positions because they don't have 2 years of exceeding expectations in their current role. Or long tenured performing reps cannot get a level promotion in their current role for the same BS reason. I guess maybe this representative had performance in 8 months that would have exceeded their 2 year expectations! Just another day of being a rep in the North East! It's who you know definitely not what you know!

Yeah things in the north east are ruled by a dictator it's probably almost time for him to bring in another old washed up manager from J & J it's been awhile since the last one!! Very funny how promotion criteria can be easily manipulated while others get the shaft. Oh well it's a pay check for now

Not sure how all is run in other areas of the country but the North East is a fkn joke! People who can barely spell their name get promoted...some less than a years time! Look at how many solid reps have jumped ship recently and I know for a fact there are a few more about to bounce. Here in new England area it's a mess. Tommy makes his own rules and nobody questions it. I heard of a guy in PCP that has his aunt for a manager!!!!!!!!! WTF!!!!!

Not surprised half of them all hang out at the same lame ass country club. They are probably all half related in some way!!!!!
