Any feedback on employee satisfaction, pay, culture, growth opportunities are greatly appreciated! Thanks!
It has been a few years since I was there but the turnover was somewhere near 80 percent. No that wasn't a typo and that was from the RVP.

Wow...why so high?
Its a stepping stone job... people take it until they can find something better and just to get a paycheck. Nobody wants to make a career here
Majority of the staff is unhappy here. No one is held accountable for the lack of patient care that takes place and so everyone just points the finger to everyone else. Customer service is overworked and some aren't trained fully so they are sitting around letting new orders pile up until they can get someone to help them start the order process. The branch managers are a joke. They're too busy out golfing or sleeping to do any real work. Sales is being told that accounts hate us and wouldn't use us, but due to insurance they have no choice. They pay is decent for most, but you will be putting in some serious hours to make the money. What good is money if you can't find time to spend it. Definitely a place to use as a stepping stone to better unless you can find a great Area Manager and branch manager that will have your back when accounts and patients complain.
