The guy is an absolute joke. Has absolutely no clue what he is doing. See the National multiplier come out today for Breztri. What a joke. Start holding Senior Leadership accountable if you want to be taken seriously.
 




Yes it is a joke but has been shared often, this is good for Dom and those on AZIP. Less paid out on bonuses, the more it improves the bottom line. So at the end of the year when they say they hit 110% for the brand, you will know why.
We are nothing but pawns. Well paid pawns, but pawns nonetheless.

When will they figure out that when they raise goals to a unrealistic expectation, reps will sand bag and wait for goals to go down to the next quarter. If they Breztri brand team sets realistic goals, reps will work to hit them.
