You don't hear anyone bragging on this board anymore about how great things are.
Just wondering how things are going now that the new management is in place.

LOL. Seriously.....So over his noncompete too.....I mean really, you would think he lays golden eggs and he doesn't even communicate with the sales team......only thru Jed and it consist of a list of clients we can't call on for 2 years

Leaders lead through their team. Expecting the CEO to pamper the sales group one would conclude you are out of the loop and part of the problem. Coming from BWL one would not expect you to understand legal details. Just follow instructions and shut up #@$
