Dude bullshits his answers and makes up stuff he has no clue. “Dr -there is no shortage of Ozempic”.
Goes through all of his samples within 7-8 business days. Blocks other reps out. Makes up calls in doctors no longer in territory/clicks the box.
Calls on sc drs even though they have less than 10% market share. He has 2 jobs/novo Nordisk and being a contractor for his two homes. Drops so many samples, he forces other reps nit to get in. Books lunches whenever he wants (despite partner’s schedule). Basically, doesn’t have any clue about anyone else but himself. The worst rep amd the biggest bullshitter. Hr really should get a clue and fire him.

If it’s a diversity hire, it makes it very difficult to talk to HR/management especially if the manager is diversity.
I know because I am in the exact same position.

This company is too much about favoritism and not enough about substance. The wrong people continually get promoted based on either (a) ass kissing or (b) diversity
