how grand it was to go to a meeting and not have TN flapping his mouth about something stupid or spitting all over himself like he did in Maui saying what a great company this is ....blah blah blah.....at last he was sitting amongst the crowd, unnoticed :) And he's not in my ACE picture!!!
 




I know TN not well but I'm sorry if he is as bad as people post here. MM is the one that I know and he is 35 yo in a position of power. He should be worried. Remember people take these gossip boards and it gets out of control. Say what you want but take everything as half truth and half lies. Does that make sound about right?
 




TN equates to DK and as long as he is around this organization can't change. If it satisfies our new owners to support a culture like this, there is nothing we can do. Anyone who knows him and has been around awhile will say the same thing. We need leadership not methods to control. MM a whole other story esp at that age but guys like him are there because others enable him to be.
 




One would hope that Fisher would take care of this current sorry mess of management. However, they may do nothing since they know nothing about the loser in-vitro allergy business.
 




Reality bites that companies don't care. Sell or perish. They look at the bottom line and that sums it up. Doing the right thing for employees matters little. There is always hope. If not plenty of companies that pay well or go into another field. Thermo pays for classes if you need additional ones. Good luck!
