He said he wasn't familiar with the Regional offices. Almost as bad as Sembler saying he couldn't get his family member to use 23. How can he not be aware? These are supposed to be the leaders of the company and obviously he has no idea how inept these people are. Like when they keep saying BREATH. Like MR...those are initials.

good point regarding his lack of consciousness regarding the regional offices and the impact to their existence under the layoff announcement. also, how could lonnel not know what type of severance package they will come up with and when? shouldn't that analysis been made before he had this town hall? should he not have come PREPARED to provide all the information at once so employees are not left hanging now? still not really knowing anything? four more weeks of hell until march 7th.
