I've heard Bayer is on the lower end of pay. Any truth to this?

Fuck you douche manager, no one is making any bonus.Yes, as a hiring manager I've seen all different salaries and Bayer does pay less than most other companies, but not all. Those on the lowest end are the ones who have been with Bayer for a long time. In comparison to new hires they actually make less for their "loyalty". Other people come in at higher salaries and the Bayer lifers never catch up with their annual 3% raise. It's critical to negotiate a high salary when you start. True for most companies, but especially Bayer.
True! With a team of 8 reps, those that have been with Bayer the longest are guaranteed to be making the least, and not just a lsmall difference in salary. Those hired from the outside, doing the same job are making a lot more than anyone who has been at Bayer for 5+ years.Yes, as a hiring manager I've seen all different salaries and Bayer does pay less than most other companies, but not all.
