I realize the can of worms I am opening up here, but I would really like to know how to pronounce the company name correctly. I had a funny exchange with the recruiter about how no one on the outside seems to know for sure how to say it. Please, would a current employee kindly help me get it right? I have heard...

Correct, right from the presentation. OATS-KA..

Although ALL the DSM's, RSD and HR people were saying OTSUKA (OT-SU-KA)....

They were all trying to correct themselves.
