How do you get rid of a CSR?

The CSR at my location is more interested in taking smoke breaks and talking on her cell phone than doing actual work.

She gets written up from time to time and corrects her behavior for about two weeks and then it goes right back to the way it was before.

We are losing business because of her. No one seems to care because we are meeting our points, but she is killing everyone.

PST's are constantly having to go back a second or third time because she didn't read the orders correctly.

Offices have to fax info over and over again and call repeatedly to check on orders.

She NEVER follows up on calls when patients call to get more supplies.

She puts off any actual work until someone gets mad and complains to the LCM.

The LCM is new, so she doesn't know how to make her get her stuff together.

Even if the LCM is "new"....she took on the managers position for a reason. SHE needs to do her job first and stop giving so much "power" to a person in the location who is NOT doing their job.

Once that is taken away from the CSR ....they will either step up and do their job or move on....however, the LCM still needs to do their job first they agreed to do.

If the LCM does not take action...then that set's the tone for the others to not have to do their work either. Nothing can be said at that point...if you allow one to do nothing, then you can not point out (write up) the others.
 






She just needs to process orders. Instead she is fighting with her landlord, parents and boyfriend.

You are giving her too much credit. She always goes outside to fight with someone on her cell.
